If you have a scheduled service or a booked repair and wish to cancel:

  • You may cancel any Scheduled Services or Booked Services before the due date or before the work begins at any given time.
  • Once a cancellation request is processed before the service starts, no further charges will be incurred for that booking.

Refund Policy

Please Note: Our policy is built on the labor and resources committed to your vehicle.

  • No Refunds: We do not offer refunds once you have availed of our car services or once the repair work has been completed.
  • Payments for labor and installed spare parts are non-refundable once the service has been performed.
